Public access to our records for our Site Mitigation Unit, the Leaking Underground Fuel Tank Program and the Certified Unified Program Agency is a fundamental and basic right. We refer to this access as a "File Review". To request this information please download and read our Bulletin regarding the File Review Guidelines and then fill out the File Review Application Form form in order to begin the File Review Process.
