Fire Hazard Concerns: To submit concerns about potential fire hazards, click here. *Please make sure to include your full name and contact info. as well as a description of the concern.
Hazard Reduction: For specific questions about your parcel, contact your local fire station. For general questions about hazard reduction, contact the Inspection Services Section at (805) 686-5068.
Incident and Investigation Reports Requests: To request a copy of an investigation or incident report, you will need to provide ONE of the following:
- Your name, date and time of incident, address or location of incident, type of incident (vehicle fire, building fire, vehicle accident, etc.), OR
- The Fire Department incident number
